The Postdoctoral and Early-career Association of Researchers (PEAR) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology () and the Postdoctoral Association of ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® (PAC) at the University of ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® hosted the 6th annual Front Range Industry and Postdoc Summit (FRIPS) on October 18, 2024.
FRIPS is a FREE one-day event designed to provide professional development opportunities for early-career researchers and facilitate networking and recruiting between local companies and postdocs. Last year we had over 150 people in attendance representing a variety of disciplines and 9 company sponsors with booths for recruiting, advertising, and networking. The event features extensive networking with industry sponsors at their booths, keynote talks, a panel discussion, and an elevator pitch competition.
