Are you curious why ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® is so beautiful? In the ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® Stories LLC, we will take a journey through deep time, telling the geologic story of how ¾«Í¯ÓûŮ’s spectacular landscape came to be. ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® Stories is led by two geology faculty members who both grew up in ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ®. Together, we’ll explore the state’s geology through both classroom study and fun trips to iconic ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® places and some of its hidden gems. The goal: to deepen your satisfaction and sense of place at ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® by exploring how Earth processes have influenced the state’s human history and how they continue to shape our collective present and future.Ìý
