The Canadian Wildlife Health Cooperative (CWHC), Atlantic Region at the Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC), ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® (¾«Í¯ÓûÅ®), is working with the Government of Prince Edward Island’s (PEI) Fish and Wildlife Division to help monitor one of our elusive resident bat species: the Northern Myotis. 

The Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) at the ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® (¾«Í¯ÓûÅ®) will welcome future veterinarians for the next month at the 2024 Dr. Tim Ogilvie AVC Vet Camp.

Dr. Mark Fast, professor of fish health and immunology at the Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC), ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ®, is the recipient of the Aquaculture Association of Canada Research Award of Excellence.

Dr. Lesley Steele, a graduate of the Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) at the ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® (¾«Í¯ÓûÅ®), is the winner of the College’s 2023 Atlantic Award of Excellence in Veterinary Medicine and Animal Care.
