Indemnification
The State of ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® authorized specific entities within the state to accept indemnification. The Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG) at the University of ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® Boulder is not authorized to provide indemnity on awards that are accepted under OCG’s authority.
¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® Boulder is a nonprofit, public, and governmental institution of higher education with a primary focus on academics and research. ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® Boulder cannot cover a sponsor’s loss. ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® Boulder shall be responsible for its ownnegligent acts or omissions as covered under ¾«Í¯ÓûŮ Boulder’s self-insurance policy.
