At a ceremony Tuesday, May 28, on the ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® Boulder campus, ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® Gov. Jared Polis ushered in a new bill to support and strengthen ¾«Í¯ÓûŮ’s rapidly growing quantum industry. The historic legislation includes anÌýinvestment of up to $74 million, positioningÌýthe state to compete for historic federal funds that will create a quantum boom in ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ®.Ìý

Polis signed the bill from the top floor of the JILA Tower, one of the epicenters of quantum research on campus, with a view of the Flatirons in the background.
