The Institute is happy to announce that ICS staff member Catherine Latzer has been promoted to Grant Accounting and Payroll Operations Manager. Cat has worked for ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® Boulder for 15 years, 12 of which were for the Institute. She also recently passed the exam to become a Certified Research Administrator.
