Jess serves as the program director for Employee Wellness and Engagement. In this role, Jess brings together her background in teaching and advising to support staff and faculty at ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® Boulder. Jess is passionate about cultivating a culture of well-being on campus and supported ¾«Í¯ÓûŮ’s adoption of the Okanagan Charter in 2023.Ìý

As a true forever Buff, Jess received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® Boulder. After several years of teaching high school, Jess returned to ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® as an academic advisor within the College of Arts and Sciences before taking on more employee-focused roles at the university. Ìý
