Garry KaufmanÌýis the Deputy Director of the Air Pollution Control Division and manages the Planning and Policy Program within the Division. Garry has worked at the ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® Department of Public Health and Environment for the past eleven years in variety of different roles. Garry began his career with the State of ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® at the ¾«Í¯ÓûÅ® Attorney General’s Office representing the Air Pollution Control Division in civil and administrative enforcement matters. Prior to coming to work for the state Garry worked as a private practice civil litigator.
